In order to improve transaction response time, you should reconfigure the
application or modify its code to prevent database locking. Upgrading the CPU will
be of little use, since CPU performance is not the cause of the problem
To improve transaction response time caused by network delays, use
LoadRunner's Network Monitor to determine the node causing the delay.
To analyze the resource usage on an NT or UNIX machine, use LoadRunner's
Resource monitoring.
