Desired Profile Candidates should expertise in the following Test/QA expertise in any of the following domain Ethernet Layer 2 features (both control plane and data plane) like VLAN switching, VLAN Stacking, STP, RSTP, PVSTP, Link aggregation (static LAG & LACP), GVRP, Ethernet OAM, MPLS (RSVP & LDP) and VPLS etc Layer 3 features (both control plane & data plane) like unicast and multicast switching, routing protocols like BGP, IS-IS, OSPF and RIP and Multicast routing protocols like PIM-SM, DVMRP As the ESD ethernet data products support chassis version and stackable solutions, candidates with relevant experience in system services like Chassis supervision, chassis health monitoring, redundancy, stack manager, hot swap etc. System management features like DHCP, Telnet, SSH, RAIDUS AAA, SNMP agent Quality of Service features like ingress rate limiting, egress policing, access control list, CPU bound traffic testing In addition to the above, candidates should have the automation experience in TCL/Tk in the data networking products Candidates who worked on closely with the customer deployments (data networking products) and trouble shooting the customer issues is an added advantage.
