Instead, services are primarily provided by the subsidiaries of Deloitte LLP, including: Deloitte & Touche LLP Deloitte Consulting LLP Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP Deloitte Tax LLP Experience : 9-13 years Job Description: Managing and Leading large test efforts in onsite-offshore model Communication point to onsite and PMO Work closely with Onsite Coordinators and Global Test Leads to set up expectations and work plans for the test team Creation and execution of test deliverables - Test Strategy and Approach, test effort estimations, plan and test artifacts Coordinate with various teams involved and gain necessary functional / technical support for the test team Build and Review test plans and test estimates Ensure completeness and quality of testing process Provide escalation channel to client by liaising with Project Management Team and PMO. Escalate project issues to PMO in timely manner and work with project manager to resolve the issues Represent test team in PMO and Senior Management Status Calls Coordinates with Build and Release Management for seamless releases to various environments with multiple stakeholders Participate actively in pursuits and proposals Leading test efforts for Packages as well as custom built application working in onsite - offshore model Help set up automation, high end testing competency (Performance, SOA)and client demos.
