Answer : This question is to assess your leadership skills. The best way is to provide the new comers with all documentation, necessary accesses, arrange hands on KT sessions, introduce them to the point of contacts to all the components of the projects, give them small tasks to test their understanding and to eventually ease their way into the testing project.
